This is not good but you can still use it to make a simple underwater themed logo. Ill probably make it better in the future but for now this is what I have. Press the backround to change its color(if you want to) To save your logo press the windows logo button and the prtsc button. This will take a screenshot. Then open up an app like Paint and press control+v. This will paste your screenshot. Press crop so you can crop the image and then save it as a picture so you can upload it on scratch.
