WARNING: STILL IN TESTING STAGE Simple W101 Combat Simulator. Actually, the game is simple, not the way it was made. The game contains 200 assets, give or take. The Lost Soul opponent is accurate to the game as far as being an easy noob that can die from a rank 1 spell. I haven't added hanging effect spells, so I chose Auras first as a test for it. For those who don't know how to play Wizard101, click on a spell and select the target you want the spell to be cast on. Most spells deal damage to an opponent, but others, such as Star spells, enhance damage for a certain period of time. Certain spells won't give this option because they can only be used on a certain target. Things will work in a turn-based combat system. The first team to run out of health loses. How the game was made: The spells were actually pulled from a data list, depending on the school of focus chosen. The spells themselves actually came from one single sprite, and the number of the costume would determine the spell coming up.
Sound effects recorded from the actual game with my Champion Thaumaturge. Everything done by myself. Things to do (In order of priority): -Make AI fight back properly -Add casting symbols -Make a selection of seven cards, not six -Work on Health Globe costumes -Add Mana Globe -Make Turn Wheel spin accordingly Things already done: -Fixed card-hiding glitch -Fixed endless AI loop. -Finished Dark Sprite Sprite
