☀︎Instructions☀︎ - Click the flag! - Use the space key to see each fact. ☀︎About☀︎ - You may know some or even all of these facts but I just wanted to put some interesting facts so it's not too boring to read - I might add more facts, but I just wanted to publish a project because I've been offline mostly... sorry about that! - You might notice that there's actually more than one fact per fact for most of the facts because I wanted to add as much as possible for each fact. - I mostly talk about total solar eclipses in Fact #5 because I think that was the most interesting one out of the 3 solar eclipses, but you can learn more about the annular and partial eclipses in the link below (Credits section). - WARNING: Even though the website I chose says that you can look at the total solar eclipses without special filters/glasses and that for the annular and partial ones you have to wear special filters/glasses, NEVER LOOK AT THE SUN WITHOUT SPECIAL FILTERS/GLASSES EVEN DURING A TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE. THE ONLY TIME WHERE YOU COULD LOOK AT THE SUN WITHOUT THE FILTERS/GLASSES IS WHEN YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF TOTALITY where the moon COMPLETELY covers the sun. If you do look at the sun without special filters/glasses, then there is a possibility to lose some of your sight or go blind if you look at the sun without the special filters/glasses during a solar eclipse or even not during a solar eclipse. Your eyesight may be the same even if you do look at the sun without special filters/glasses but your eyesight might start to get blurry 24 hours later. If that happens and that's not normal for you then call your eye doctor and have them check your eyes. On a normal day when no solar eclipse is happening, still be very careful to not look at the sun even if you don't or do have sunglasses on. (I am no eye doctor but this is true.) ☀︎Credits☀︎ - All art and animations by @Sunny- - Title font and fact font by @-Fontify- (All other fonts are from Scratch) Resources: - http://space-facts.com/the-sun/ - http://space-facts.com/solar-eclipse/ - http://www.nationalgeographic.com/science/space/solar-system/the-sun/ Music: - (Rihanna - Towards The Sun) Link for Music: - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hdO9cc7WOyE
