If you are using Lovely Ladybug, move/draw using the WASD keys. For Beautiful Beetle, move/draw using the arrow keys. To lift the pen, press the "u" key (standing for up). To put the pen down again, press space. To use the eraser, press the eraser on the bottom right. To get out of using the eraser, just press any color on the left-hand side. To change the pen or eraser size, use the slider variables on the bottom of the screen. To change color, simply press the desired color on the left hand side. To clear the page, press the "c" key (standing for clear). I think that this is my best close to finished/shared game yet, so enjoy! Any constructive feedback would be great.
This is a draft, so sorry, but there are some really annoying bugs that still need fixing. Except that the pen and eraser sizes won't change when you use Beautiful Beetle, none of the bugs impact the gameplay. You can use Lovely Ladybug if you'd like to change the sizes. Sorry! :( The list of bugs (the bad kind :P) are below. Bugs: - Bugs go under variables. - When you start, the movement is funky for a second, then is fine. - For the beetle, the variables won't move. - When you use the arrow keys for the ladybug or the WASD keys for the beetle, they move except they don't turn. (They shouldn't move at all.) - The eraser size variable doesn't really do anything. The eraser size is really the pen size. Eventually I might add backgrounds, more colors (in the form of achievements), stamps (just an idea, but probably won't do), and music.
