Don't panic! Willow isn't really dead, this is nightmare's wish-world. She wants to kill us or enslave us. The reason her eyes shift is that on the outside she looks okay, (not really) but on the inside, she's literally the devil. And the reason blood is pouring from her mouth is that she bites everyone in real life. And in our story she eats people. so ya.
