Here's a species I made overnight. They're an open species, but you must follow the rules. press space! RULES: NO OVERPOWERED VOID CREATURES. TRY TO KEEP BRIGHT COLORS TO A MINIMUM. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE DARK COLORS. THEY MUST HAVE CIRCULAR EYES AND PUPILS. NO POINTED EYES OR PUPILS. THEY HAVE NO EXPRESSION ANY PATTERN IS ALLOWED AS LONG AS IT'S AGE APPROPRIATE YOU HAVE TO READ ALL OF THE RULES AND INFO BEFORE MAKING ONE.THERE IS A CODEWORD TO PROVE THAT YOU READ THEM DISCOVOREY OF THE SPECIES: These are Void creatures. They were discovored when scientists failed to create a time machine. While they were testing their time machine, it backfired and took the test subject to a strange, dark void. The scientist walked out of the time machine, looking around at the new place. He tried contacting home but it couldn't reach from the void. Soon after, he stumbled across dinosaur like creatures with the heads of pythons. He called these species 'Void creatures', Not knowing what else to name them. He was able to take photos, though his camera wasn't able to handle the new environment very well, so they weren't the best pictures. He eventually found a way to travel back to where he came from, and showed everyone his incredible discovery. These creatures are being hidden from the public news until more is known. SPECIES INFO: They are fairly intelligent creatures, with the body of a large raptor, the head and neck of a python, and legs unique to it's own species. They have circular eyes and pupils that are not able to move, so to look around they must move their head in the direction they wish to look in. They are very flexible, and are able to bend into poses that are almost impossible. ps, codeword is your favorite color and a theme. They are omnivores, but mostly eat meat. They hunt and live in packs, and are incredibly strong. They have learned which fruit, herbs and berries are dangerous, nutritious or helpful. They can make simple medicine and ointment for sickness or infection, which can possibly be used in the human world. A baby Void creature is called a Voidling, and a Mother Void creature is called a Voidette. They lay eggs. Void creatures are almost always dark colors with bright eyes, but have been seen with more pastel colors. ABOUT THEIR ENVIROMENT: lot of the environment is similar to the ones on earth, however, a lot of the vegetation is protected by thorns, stingers or even venomous flowers. thick, Dark purple vines grown on tree branches, and it is always dark in the void. there are no stars, moons, suns, or anything. There is no water in the void, but there is a type of liquid that is so far unnamed. It is slightly thicker than water, and much more clear. VOID CREATURE SOUNDS: They make a variety of noises, but scientists haven't figured out what they all mean yet. Here are the meanings of some of the calls. So Void Dogs look mostly like wolves, and behave like them too. they also behave like void creatures, most of the animals in the void behave the same. They are pretty flexible, a bit more flexible than a normal cat. More info on them eventually Void cats stand about 2 feet tall. They are extremely flexible, too. Their tails are pretty heavy, so they drag on the ground instead of how you'd see a normal cat's tail in the air. Their tail funcions similar to a gecko's, storing fat inside of it. Baby void cats (void kittens) are covored in a layer of transparent slime that can regenerate when needed, and if you touch the slime it will sting you severely. Other void cats are immune to this slime, but any other creature will be stung. The slime dries up and flakes off at about a month old, then you can touch them without being stung. However, if the kitten had recently shedded it's slime, you may feel a bit of a tingling sensation (it's temporary and kinda just feels like pins and needles yknow)
