Click the red button on the flashlight to turn the flashlight on. Bring the light back to the flashlight to turn it off. Use the light to find the cat. Eventually, you will tame him.
Again, thanks to my dad for helping me, and for giving me the idea, along with Tipsey the Cat, who pretty much did the same thing. I am planning to add a couple of things later, just FYI.
