Since Gareth has trouble controlling his element, he wears a cloth bag over his tail to stop the acid from getting out of control. He has to clean the bag once a week, and it takes him a day to clean it. When he cleans the cloth bag, he wears a mask to make sure he doesn't get sick, even though he has developed a very strong tolerance to his own acid. (Press space to see his tail and his mask)
