So....I don't really know about this one. I think of it as like, The girlfriend telling him to wake up and the eyes opening and closing are 'Real', like, he's pretty much dying and shes trying to get him to wake up, and everything else is sort of like, his life flashing before his eyes and how he was leaving her for the drugs. Im..not sure. Think of it however you want. And the black space over the eyes is sort of for...dramatic affect.
