You are steering the USS Enterprise into battle against a Klingon Warbird. The bars at the top represent your health and the status of your warp engines. If you run out of health you lose, and if your warp engines are disabled you will have to maneuver on impulse engines only, which is much slower. The controls are as follows: space: fire phasers up/down arrows: move zero: fire a spread of photon torpedoes (you only have 5, so use them wisely)
