Mitosis is a form of asexual reproduction (when one cell splits into two). However, it must undergo several steps first: prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, and cytokinesis. This occurs in many types of bacteria and plant & animal body cells. So far, the animation only goes up to anaphase.
