So it was 10:42 at night (yes I checked the clock) and I went to have an (almost) midnight snack of a banana. However the bananas were WAAAYY overripe. So, I set to work making 2 loaves of banana bread. The prep time took me almost an hour and then the bake time was an hour so it took me almost 2 hours. So it was about 1:00 in the morning before I was gnawing down on a large hunk of banana bread. But it was worth it!!! This is some of the best banana bread I have ever made. I hope you decide to make it! :)
