Hello! Welcome to the Rotary Dial Palette OC MAP/MEP Rules: Since some parts are short and some are long, anyone can have either 1 long part, 1 short part, or 2 short parts. In the parts list it will show wether a part is short or long. Please tell me if you are "Animating" or "Editing"... Or both. Minor blood is allowed on the "color" parts. Follow the palettes set for the part. If you want part 12, please add the small "black & white" palette on "1,2,3,4". Follow basic Scratch rules odviously. If you're entering, put "housewife radio" in your comment. Please list all animators or editors in the outro if you have it. ( You have no deadline until every part is filled btw. ) Deadline is sometime is Nov. or Dec. ( Haven't decided yet. I can extend it if needed. ) And finally, most importantly, have fun!
