Based on a true story Story: Me and mommy were at the vet with my cat Ned (named after Ned from This cat is NED) and we were sitting next to a winey dog, Ned hissed at him and then suddenly the dog turned around, lifted his leg, and tried to pee on Ned. Ned didn't like that at all.
