The In-game Lore for why Leggy's here is because a certain smg4 villain or villains with w at their names, they receive tons of Leggys after giving Smg4 9x life supply of money & pineapple pizza, Smg3 9x life supply of bombs and eggdoggos, Mario 9x life supply of spaghetti, and Mr. Puzzles a Golden Leggy every time a leggy oofed. (don't ask how) Then they wore disguises and gave the Leggys as a "food source" (I don't hate Leggy I just thought it'll a funny to give her a cameo.)
