The A button to go back to normal. press z to jump. press down while running to roll. press z while ducking do a spin charge. (you have to keep on pressing 'z' like in the old games. Pressing it once and holding it won't get you very far!) run into the bouncers to bounce :P This isn't actually the latest version, but it's probably the most fun to play as it is.
