During the biggest battle between SeaWings and IceWings, he saw Calve pinned under the talons of his father. Without thinking he lept at his father and knocked him off of Calve. While his father was stunned, an IceWing flew over and killed him. Monsoon was labeled as traitor and exiled. He ran off with Calve in disgrace..........
