Press the green flag multiple times to begin properly. WASD to move, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 for quick switch (only weapons that have been unlocked) E for inventory and press 0 to switch back to hands. Space to pick up items or interact with things. If you cannot interact try sticking your hand on it then press space. If you get stuck press Q to make him go to your mousepointer and then press Q again to cancel it.
