Thanks so much to TheRibbonRetreat.com which gave me this project. I've made a tutu from these instructions, and you get an amazing result from such little work. They are perfect as presents for baby girls/ little girls (I recommend using tulle only 1 piece thick) or a dance tutu if you perform ballet. I've just ordered a bunch of tulles from eBay and I'll be sure to share how the tutus turned out. Thanks for watching!
