Consertia is derived from "concert". Restopas is derived from the Russian word for "fake". Seriously. nastoyashchiye --> nastoyash --> restoyash --> restopas Backstory - Consertia is a totalitarian communist country. It has a labour lottery which it uses annually to select workers for new (sometimes important) jobs. Your name is pulled and you are sent to your position in Eastern Restopas. Consertia has also recently been at war with another country, Democria (derived from "democracy"). Consertia has also recently overcome rebels. Read below for spoilers (endings). . . . . . . . . . . There are 6 possible endings: 1. You are fired in your first 6 days. 2. You are fired on the 8th day. 3. On the last day, an investigation reveals your connection to the rebels. You are executed. 4. On the last day, the government decides they no longer need you for your position as print media is outdated. 5. You help rebels take over. The government is overthrown while you and your family are moved to a better home. 6. Your performance is excellent - the government decides that you will be shifted to digital media.
