neat it does work. supposed to fit the circles completely Interestingly enough, with 6 it is actually possible to fit another circle in the middle, because 1/sin 30 = 2. This means that the large radius is 150% of the small radius, meaning that the large diameter is 150% of the two circles, each circle occupying 33%, which is why you can fit in another circle.
