(WARNING - I may have posted this warning here for three reasons - 1) this project contains my opinions, 2) this project goes over the usual episode length, or 3) both! In this case, it's one. This project also contains spoilers for the book Wings of Fire: Darkness of Dragons. If you plan to read this book soon, you've been warned! Thanks! - Whovian-Pegasister) - Who's Who With Whovian - Episode Twelve - Darkness of Dragons Review - Episode Length: Normal time! About twenty-ish minutes with higher audio quality! :D Heyo Scratch, and welcome to the sometimes-weekly-and-sometimes-not podcast thing, Who's Who With Whovian! This is where I talk about anything and everything and occasionally break out the ukulele. This week's episode: Whovian reviews the latest book in Tui T. Sutherland's Wings of Fire series. Does Qibli save the day? Does her new favorite ensemble darkhorse dragon, Mightyclaws, appear? And will Whovian ever like Winter as a character?! Find out in today's episode! Please feel free to comment your thoughts about DoD below! (Just remember to keep it Scratch-appropriate.)
THIS PROJECT HAS A BONUS! Since I can no longer post ONLY audio projects due to a new rule Scratch has put up (see the forums), I'm going to start adding hints to my next projects! Wait till the end of the review and press 'a' for a new piece of art. Press space at the end for a MAP part! Yes, the MAP part is from the (forever) unfinished Win it All for the Win MAP! I had to do a filler part at one point due to people not getting all their parts in. I'm kind of proud of Melody's paw holding her sunglasses. It makes the part look ... 20% cooler. *rimshot* The art is for a potential game I may or may not continue working on! Can you guess what it is? Thanks again to Tui T. Sutherland for her fantastic Wings of Fire books, Joy Ang for amazing cover art, and @Grumpylock for being shout-outed in nearly every single episode of Who's Who! I recorded this project with a program called Dictaphone. It's a great app that lets you record high-quality recordings - AND you can upload them to Scratch as an MP3! I highly recommend it. You may hear some bumps in the audio, but that's just me either a) cutting stuff for time or b) getting used to the program. Why is this episode 12 and not 11? Well, I tried to record several different episodes over the course of the year (a sequel to Preschool TV, an episode about my re-emerging interest in puppeteering) and none of the recordings worked out as planned. Preschool TV was originally titled '10 1/2', the puppet one was '11', and this one became '12'. So, you can say those other episodes are lost to history. xD Also, on my mini-rant about Moon: I meant that Moon had been hyped up to having a role at the end of the second series, what with her prophesying it and all. I was irritated that she didn't have much of a part to play at the end other than being a love interest and filling in other characters. I get that it's Qibli's book, but it just didn't feel right. Oh, and thanks to Paul Buckley for Win it All for the Win! :D
