OKOKOK I KNOW IT GOES AGAINST THE HAIR COLOR RULES BUT THERE'S A REASON this OC was given access to the other 90% of his brain. because of his brain cells, his hair color shifted. ( kinda like 2D from gorillaz I guess ? but it wasn't the same situation? and he has both of his eyes?)
