SETUP AND FIRST TURN - The starting player plays a card in the open lane closest to the left using different keys (A for left, W for center, D for right). The other player plays a card in the open lane closest to the left. HOW A TURN GOES - At the start of a turn, the turn player draws a card. The turn player plays a card in one of their empty lanes. If no lanes are empty, the turn player equips a card from their hand to one of their cards and treats it as an equipped card. The combat stage begins, and cards attack in order from left to right. Cards cannot attack during the turn they are played. After attacking, the turn ends. THE COMBAT STAGE - Cards attack the lane directly across from them. If a card is in the opposite lane, both cards deal damage equal to their strength to each other. If a card is reduced to 0 health, it equips to another card, and all cards equipped to that card are put into the discard pile. If there are no cards to equip to, that card is put into the discard pile. If there are no cards in the opposite lane, the opposing player puts the top card of their deck into their discard pile. EQUIPPED CARDS - Cards can have 1 card equipped to them at any time. Equipped cards give benefits that activate when they become equipped, such as giving an extra health, or reducing damage dealt to it. WINNING THE GAME - A player wins when there are 10 or more cards in their opponent's discard pile.
