Here is my proposal for the unified art style of the upcoming scratch comic Katana. It is based of the "Mighty Marvel" comic style, but it has been made somewhat looser. To learn how to draw characters like this, start by drawing proportional stick figures in various poses. Once you have mastered this, add shapes to simulate parts of the body, and link them with lines so as to create realistic body shapes. Finally, remove all the annoying sketch lines and outline/detail the character.
