Eventually he stopped caring about other creatures opinions and just hangs out doing stuff in the mountains. There use to be other Griffins found throughout the kingdoms, until Rotmulaag committed "The Griffin Genocide" for unknown reasons. Leaving Bucker, one of the few survivors. He spies on them from afar, hoping to catch them in the act and warn the other kingdoms in case of another genocide. But he won't admit he's actually doing something useful.
