Click the screen or press space to fire. Blow up the marines before they reach the base! Nukes will create a huge explosion that will kill *almost* every single marine on the screen. Press R to launch one You can also drive your tank up and down with the arrow keys. Your tank kinda acts like a shield, so you can run over marines to stop them. Recommended: Use a mouse. It will work much better than a touchpad.
