FAAAANART FRIDAY #5! This week's game was Scrap by @FaceOs- a BEAUTIFUL game that you HAVE to check out. (Fair warning, it's pretty sad. AHHHH) https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/19132099/ Anyway, this is the lil' robot. He's jumping up over a sand dune. He's pretty cool like that.
SO MUCH CREDIT goes to @FaceOs. Scrap is their game, and this robot character is theirs, too. The music is taken from that game, as always. - -WARNING: RANT BELOW- - [you have been warned :D] There's a lil bitty problem with making a speedpaint for this game. To make the art, I have to go back to FaceOs's original game to get some sprites for reference, right? That's no big deal by itself- I do that for all of my speedpaints. But Scrap... Let's just say my measly little computer doesn't play nice with crazy-huge projects like Scrap. Every time I tried to open the game, ALL OF MY TABS CRASHED. You can pack a lot of computer-killing power into 383 assets. XD Nothing against the game, of course, except for the fact that when I went back into the project, I HAD TO LOOK AT ALL THE SAD STUFF ABOUT SCRAP AGAIN AND I REMEMBERED WHY I WAS HESITATING TO MAKE A FANART ABOUT IT BECAUSE HNNNNNG THIS GAME MAKES ME SIMULTANEOUSLY VERY ANGRY AND VERY SAD ALL AT ONCE I'm FINE. ANYWAY. I would have been a lot more sad opening up that project again if I could actually CLICK on anything- that is, THE PROJECT WAS LAGGING SO MUCH I COULDN'T CLICK ON ANY OF THE SPRITES But WHATEVER The fanart's pretty cool i guess so it was worth it........ ? XD thanks for reading this far. If you scrolled to the bottom for secrets shame on you.
