Sorry this may look really bad, I didn't have too many ideas at the time for making it. Pokedex entry: It may look weird and small but it sure does pack a massive punch. This pokemon feeds on water and watery objects and gains power from it to use in battle. - That's where it ability could be from. :D I'm really sorry if you didn't like it, you could fix it.
