Yes, I have downgraded myself to simple games. Why? Well, I was looking around Scratch, and there were all these new stupid fads going around, styles that weren't original, and it made me angry. Then I did an experiment. There were many projects just thrown together in less than an hour, that got front paged immediately. Green Box, I worked barely anything on that, and it was featured. Rainbows was sooo easy, and it was curated. So I made this. To test if it would be frontpaged, unlike SquareBot, which I worked months on. The test failed. :) That's actually a good thing in my honest opinion.
