Enter a maximum of 7 different assignments and use the sliders rate them on time (urgency, when the assignment is due) and importance (how many points it is worth) press keys 1-7 to name your assignments on the list. click the update button once you have changed the sliders. you can use your own scale or the one I use: importance 7 midterm/final 6 major summative 5 minor summative 4 completion points 3 formative check 2 formative no check 1 optional urgency 7 tonight 6 tomorrow 5 two-three days from now 4 four-five days from now 3 one week from now 2 more than a week from now 1 no due date yet
the closer to the top right the assignment is the sooner you should do it.
