Welcome to the demo of...SPACE HERO! In this game, you basically just shoot planes and they shoot you. I haven't added advanced enemy AI, nor can it shoot you, but the game itself is the basic idea. So anyways, press A to insert a credit. Currently 2P and highscores haven't been worked on, so just hit space once you put in credit. Press space to shoot, arrows to move. This game was made 100% by me, the only thing I didn't create the the font I use and the sound effects. All music, sprites, and programming in the game was made by me and only by me. Questions For YOU to answer: Do you think this demo has captured the feel of an arcade game? Did You like the music? I composed it myself! Did you like my sprites? I made all of them too! UPDATE May 13 2011: Nothing much has changed, a few glitches have been fixed, added enemy laser. Player lasers move faster, stars move by faster. Added death theme. MAJOR BUGS TO FIX: "Highscore" showing up occasionally for no reason (refresh to fix for now). Hearing enemy fire when player dies or is dead. Player sometimes spawning in it's death sprite occasionally when playing downloaded.
