Bat appreciation days/weeks/months: ✰ April 17th (National Bat Appreciation Day) ✰ October (Bat Appreciation Month) ✰ October 24 - 31 (Bat Appreciation Week 2017) Like I said, many bats around the world are vulnerable or endangered. Two major threats to bats are building and development work and habitat changes/loss.
