I really wished to make the Olympic circle on Scratch which is considered the layers, relationships of each circles. However, I couldn't make it... While trying the Olympic Circle, I noticed something about color number of Scratch system. Usually, max of Hue is 255, but in the Scratch, max of it is 200. I just wrote waste sentences.
