This is my new dog OC Peppermint Barks. I was inspired to make a dog character because of hibiscusthedog! Peppermint Barks (I'm just going to call him Pepper) has ice powers! His breath is so cold it looks like he breathes sparkles because the water vapor in the air turns into ice! But his power brings him loneliness because his breath not only turns water vapor to ice but also people who get too close to him when he talks. I'll draw another picture of him except showing his full body some other time.
