Press the green flag icon, and using a Makey-Makey, attach alligator clips to nine objects and one to a spoon. Hit the objects with the spoon to knock down the Squidwards. If playing without a Makey-Makey, then use the W, A, S, D, F, G, left arrow, down arrow, and up arrow to move your hammer and use the space bar to knock down the Squidwards.
