I've made two copies of a picture, one pixelated (for MS Paint, Scratch, etc) and one transparent for layered programs (Firealpaca, Photoshop, Krita, etc). There are rules, but it's just the normal CC rules. ~RULES~ 1. Be original 2. Be creative 3. Be nice to others 4. Give credit where credit is due 5. Don't remix another entry, please 6. You are allowed to change the song, but keep it within the mood ~TIPS~ 1. Shade 2. Use good complimentary colors 3. Fit the mood 4. Maybe animate?
