You have 300 HP. You need to try and stay alive for as long as possible. You have access to grenades and your only gun. The zombies have 3 lives, so you have to shoot them 3 times to kill them. The grenade kills them at contact. Move with the arrow keys and shoot with space bar, shoot grenades with b.
