This causes you to have hallucinations. If you have a hallucination, it may jumpscare you, if you have your light on. If you are jumpscared, you will lose sanity. if you lose all sanity you will have a panic attack and die. If you have your light on you can regain sanity and find pipes. If you hear a halloucination running at you, turn your light off and they will go away.
