This isn't the best entry, but I pushed myself on two things. First, all of the color from me reshaping rectagles (I like it more in Vector than Bitmap, and it only took me an hour and a half to do), and I tried to make it like she was like some sort of water god or something, hence the blue theme. The rules said nothing about coding, so I added a zoom. Hold down the mouse to zoom in, after setting your zoom preferance.
