(*excluding DTA instructions, of course. =D) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dragon-wolf info for bio: Dragon-wolves are known for having shadow powers and the fact they can't fly with their wings. After training during their childhood on the basic skills for adult roles, dragon-wolves can choose to become warriors, healers,or hunters when they become 2 years old. New warriors undergo tests of strength and endurance and those with very high scores can become questers, warriors who get quests from elders and sometimes even the pack leader. The highest honor for a dragon-wolf quester is having the leader reactivating his/her wings if they prove to have done something honorable during any of their quests, and this also grants one new shadow power the quester thinks of first. Age in wolf years: about 3 years and 9 months Height: (four legs) 4 ft 4.3 in, (rearing up) about 6ft 0.7in Personality: brave, generous, energetic, hasty, (slightly) gluttonous Bio (First Person POV - Skooko): Us dragon-wolves never came back from a quest with honored wings earlier than 2 years and 9 months old... with an exception. It was a year ago when the elders called me to rescue two dragon-wolves stuck on a high cliff (because we can't fly unless you're a honored quester...). Now, along the way, there were a ridiculous amount of citizens needing help for many things as simple as fetching firewood to as hard as heading into a cave to find a lost kitten, and I just had to aid them in their troubles. When I got to the cliff, no one was stuck, but there was a rivaling species in the vicinity, a Chamflare (chameleon+firefly that has fire powers... welp) that dragged along two unconscious dragon-wolves - the ones stuck in the cliff in the first place. Well, I simply went ahead rushed at the Chamflare, taking him by surprise with a good ol' shadow bite to the leg. Luckily, he must have been one of the newer warriors, because he immediately fled. I managed to bring the two dragon-wolves all the way back to my pack healers, and because I not only saved the two dragon-wolves, but also was generous enough to help others even with the quest at hand, the pack leader had my wings reactivated, and I chose to have the ability to posses hide in shadows, but with the downside of the shadow I hide in to morph into my own. And let me tell you, being able to do that at anytime I want is SO FUN, even if I rarely use it for pranks myself. But, I might soon... look out. =p ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Fun Fact: Skooko's name was based off the uncommonly known adjective "skookum", meaning brave, strong, or impressive. Surprisingly, it's also how the name is pronounced, but without the letter m!
