Key-Board Navigation: This little guy is called "Goo-Buddy." He's here to show you how to move your character around using scratch. By simply tapping one of the arrow-keys he moves in the respective direction. Go ahead, try it. Note that he walks and his tongue wags as you press the keys. To make your character move: -Make a sprite, then give him at least one costume. To do this double click the sprite then select the tab costumes. Copy then change your character to give them a "walk-cycle." -Choose which keys you need to press to move the character. -Select a driection. 90, -90, 180, or 0 degrees. -Set the Sprite rotation. Do this by clicking the little button to the left of your sprite in the middle column. You will want to pick the two-way arrows. -Decide how many "steps" he moves with each key press. On this I chose 5, because Goo-Buddy is very slow. -Then insert the command to swtich his costume before the move command. Now watch your character move.
