Elm battled against Ravenstar. He'd come to destroy the wrong clan! AlleyClan would thrive! She heard a shriek as a cat killed Rose, a white she-cat, and her three kits, Leaf, Maple, and Cherry. "Rose! yowled her mate Night. Night clawed rapidly. Two cats lay dead in his wake, the ones who'd cornered Rose for the kill. Suddenly, Ravenstar leaped onto Night swiftly. The cat fell down the ground as the weight of the massive grey tabby crushed him. Fangs sank into his fleshy throat. The black cat was dead. That left Star, Sparrow, Apple, Metro, and Elm. "Charge! Attack! Defend yourself! AVENGE!" cried out Sparrow. Apple, a young apprentice, bit into a white cat about his age. The two tussled. Apple let out a hoarse cry of victory. "My daughter!" cried out a large female cat, landing on top of Apple. That left Elm, Metro, Sparrow, and Star. Flame had died at the beginning, trying to talk away the horde. But he failed. And now the clan was dying. Star rapidly leaped from cat to cat, a ginger flurry of death and destruction. Five enemies were dead from her alone, at least. Yowls erupted into the air. That made six. But Star soon met her match as she tried to rip the soul out of Ravenstar. The tom reached back as she came crashing down, heart upon the fearsome warrior's claws. That left Sparrow, Metro, and Elm. Sparrow was the leader. Metro was Elm's brother. The dark brown leader lunged upon several cats. Elm soon realized where Star had gotten her training. But Sparrow was gone as three monstrous cats with especially corrupted hearts lunged upon the defender. That left only Elm and Metro, who soon died under Ravenstar's claws. "Let him face me alone! He deserves everything I'm about to do to him!" cried out Elm, amber eyes wild as she chased the rest of the offending Clan away. She killed whoever thought they would be safe without returning to their territory. Blood flew everywhere. The hard material at the bottom of the Alley was dappled red. Fresh, red blood. And Ravenstar turned. They grappled fiercely. "Hmm, tough for your size..." murmured Ravenstar. "... but can you take this?" She gasped in pain as his massive claws tore into her eye, hooked it, sent it flying across the Alley without her. Elm cackled as blood streamed down her face. She slashed wildly, clawing, tearing, and Ravenstar soon spent eight out of nine lives repairing his death wounds. Tears spilled down Elm's face. But not for him. For the Clan he destroyed with a mob of psychos like himself. The Alley would soon be empty. She would soon leave. Blood mixed with tears as the eye socket where an eye used to be leaked. She tore out the leader's windpipe as he stood, puzzled, on her expression. He gasped, falling to the ground as she watched him die slowly. The last thing he felt was the pain of his guts and flesh being devoured. The last thing he heard was a faint whisper in his ear, "Am I strong for my size? Or are you just weak for yours? Alright, Psychostar. You've finally made me into one of your own special breed, a breed of maniacs. Hahaha! You've driven me to the end of my line! I hope to never meet a cat like you again!" And the world went black for Ravenstar as Elm looked, satisfied, at her handiwork. She began to eat the remains of the cat again, eating slowly, missing AlleyClan, and with every single bite she took, she imagined Ravenstar suffering more, and she thought of this as her vengeance. Elm had finally lost it. She had lost it all for AlleyClan. She lost every bit of sanity she had, all for the cats she had lost who kept her sane. Every last one of them had been her friend, and now? They were all gone.
