(EDIT: updated sign-up sheet with a better aesthetic! Credit to @ChelseaPup for the way the info boxes look) RULES: - 3 characters max. Higher rank characters(Supervisor, royalty, Overseer)don't count against your max. If your character dies, that character is no longer counted in the max and you are free to create another whenever you want. - Read the other information projects; scroll down in the notes and credits for links to them - NO MORE SHAPESHIFTERS FOR A WHILE X'D TOo many people are choosing that as their power, and I don't want to see another shapeshifter for a while, be creative with your powers. - Max 25 filled in stat bubbles, but you don't have to fill in all 25 - Backstory is optional, Personality is not! - Only managers can play as an Overseer, folk I trust are allowed to play as royalty. Anyone can rise from the lower ranks of Uprisers to become a Supervisor(3 Supervisors alive at a time) - Fidelity is faithfulness to a cause. In this case, Upriser, Escapist, or Hopeless would be a fidelity. Saying what kingdom you belong to would also be fidelity(if you do belong to a kingdom) For example, fidelity followed by rank could be "Myopia, Sage (Escapist)" if you weren't born in the kingdom and instead escaped - The creatures in this sign-up sheet are the species of creatures you are allowed to play as. None of the overseers' monsters are playable. Don't use your own lineart. - If your character has escaped from the Quarters to be an Upriser or Escapist, I encourage you to roleplay the escape, but it's not required for Uprisers. If you are an Escapist, it is required to RP the escape, because getting completely out of the Overseers' territory is a far harder chore than finding the Uprisers. - You must play a real role - I don't care what design your character has, but keep in mind, bright colors can be spotted easier - If you have no backup with the group and insist on being a lone wolf, EXPECT DEATH! If you get your character into a situation where death is inevitable, not giving your permission won't be enough to avoid death. - If you have become a Flatliner, you are not going to be able to play as your character-turned-Overseer monster as if they have free will: they don't. Your character is basically dead, go ahead and make another. - Punishment in the two kingdoms is ultimately decided by the kings and queens, but commonly it is accepted that the harshest punishment(sending the offender to the Overseers in exchange for a resource or for being left alone for a set amount of time)is reserved for the worst offenders - Sanity is a score that shows how rational your character would be in a stressful or scary situation. The lower it is, the more likely your character is to act without thinking and, consequently, get killed. - Magical endurance is linked to how long you can go without rest before your magic runs out, and magical talent is how much control you have over it. If you have great control, then even while you're scared, you could probably use the power to some extent, but if you have poor control, chances are even when you're not stressed out you'd have trouble using it.
Here's a roleplay sample of my 13 sectors floof: Linxs strayed from the path, jumping into a tree. She climbed up into the tallest tree that was around and looked out, summoning a picture of herself and daughter, Riddle in the background. ( NOT THIS RIDDLE ) Kyla had a huge smile on her face as she licked the ice cream cone, in the picture. Linxs jumped down only to encounter a shadow, that was not her own. "Who's there!?" She shouts into the forest, her armor appearing in a blue flame as she grasped her sword in her mouth, ready to attack. As the shadow slipped away into the forest, she followed it. Let me know when I have to role play my way out, also If I don't get back to you again, I'll get back to you within the next 48 hours, I'm a busy person, but I always make time for this.
