I was kinda rushing, so I could've done a little better, but its just a contest for fun so whatever ;D I might edit it later or something. ALL DONE IN SCRATCH BY ME!!! I drew an eye similar to this in real life (I will put it in my art dump) except its in regular pencil. I learned how to draw and shade eyes last month with pencil, so I used a similar technique for the computer. BTW i used only my computer mouse for this, it was not very hard though. but it took like 30-45 minutes. not bad time. If I have time I might redo the eyelashes...if that is okay... OR AN ANIMATION INSTEAD ':D
