Up arrow to jump. Left and right arrows to move. X + right or left arrow then up arrow to long jump. X while in air to ground pound. Space to throw Cappy/jump out of Goomba that gets captured via Cappy. Throw Cappy (space) at objects, such as wooden crates, to break them! Throw Cappy at enemies to capture them. Jump on to Cappy to get a boost into the air! Oh, and before you ask, yes, I know coins don't actually give you health in Super Mario Odyssey, I just did that because I was sorta lazy. :P
