It's possible if you don't skip levels. Here's the reasoning.... If you skip to when there is 1 level left the arm will spin at 360* every second(the arm won't seem like it's moving). But, if you beat it when it's at 2 levels left the arm (since it's 1 level now) it won't seem to move and stay touching.
