W A S D keys to move Left click or space to swing tool Q to switch between the pickaxe and spear [←]and [→] keys to scroll through buildings (as of now there only 3!) [ ↑ ]to go into "building mode", and left click to place down buildings [ ↓ ] to exit building mode
