IMPORTANT: So, there's this weird glitch that keeps happening, but when you are at the backstory part, wait at least 3 seconds before clicking OK, so the villan talking will be correct. You'll be confused if you don't. Use the arrow keys to move, and don't touch the gray rectangles! By the way, if you jump into a rectangle instead of running into it, you're gonna be inside the ground... just run into the rectangle and you'll be on top of the ground again (hint for the second level).
