They could bring food, paperwork, or anything the user desired. Inside a J.E.N.N.Y robot, there was a switch from 'housekeeping mode' to 'guard dog mode'. If the user flicked the switch from 'housekeeping mode' to 'guard dog mode', they would be viciously attacked. This was due to a fatal error in their programming, which the developers did not notice. They were discontinued in 1998 after a user was attacked by a J.E.N.N.Y robot died. On June 1st, all J.E.N.N.Y robots were destroyed, except for Jay, who was working in a cafe at the time.
